JALLIS – Journal of Arabic Language and Literature Studies

The Journal of Arabic Language and Literature Studies (JALLIS) invites researchers, lecturers, scholars, postgraduate students, and practitioners to submit original and high-quality manuscripts in the fields of Arabic language, Arabic literature, translation studies, and Arabic language pedagogy.

JALLIS serves as an academic forum dedicated to advancing scholarly discussion on Arabic linguistics, classical and modern Arabic literature, Arabic turath studies, and the teaching and learning of Arabic, particularly within the Indonesian and broader global context. The journal welcomes theoretical, empirical, and applied research that offers critical insights and innovative perspectives.

 JALLIS is published twice a year (February and August), in English, and follows a peer-reviewed editorial process to ensure academic rigor and publication quality.

 Manuscripts prepared in accordance with the author guidelines and journal template will be prioritized for review and publication.
